In-Person Services
Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday
We support personalised care and continuity of care by providing a range of face to face services at two different locations in Canberra. Medicare rebates for eligible services available.
Repeat Prescriptions
24 Hours Day/7 Days a Week
We support affordable access to medicines. If you’re a Bridging Healthcare patient that has been seen by our nurse practitioner within the last six months you’re eligible for this service. Only for medicines prescribed by this health service.
